lady deathwisper wispers no more

took us quite a while to figure out how to do this. but in the end we did it:

melee moved to spawn point, if they killed targetsearlie they went on boss.
10secs before next wave melee went to adds spawn points with their tanks.

ranged: 1on boss unless adds where coming from the right. (when only 1of the caster mobs come).
or when an add got rezzed.

this combo alowed the mana shield to be no more. and first time we got to fase 2. we did not got killed and killed her!!! epic job.
