I like that UI a lot, nice and clean. Personally I just use the default UI atm, but thinking of downloading bartender again and if I do I'd do it similar to this :)

The health bars above the mobs head is indeed tidy plates. The text is just the standard blizzard damage text but with a different font. You can change the font that the text uses without any addons. If you want to do that its very easy and you can find how by googling it.

I am not a fan of pre programmed UI's but I have to say in this case the guy has done a good job. I have modified it quite a bit by removing some of the addons I didnt want and adding some I wanted but the visual elements are mostly the same. The only things I think you cant change (without getting into the code) are bartender and...errmmm 1 other but I cant recall which. The guy has said he will likely work on it in future so that you can also remove these. Anyway if you want an out of the box UI that looks good its well worth checking out at the link above. It even has an in game self installer :D (Oh and it also modifies the damage font of blizzards combat texct for you :) )
