rank structure
The following rank structure is in place within Malice:
• Officer •
Responsible for shaping the direction of the guild, providing discipline and arbitration, raid scheduling and leading, overseeing and maintaining EPGP, promotions, demotions recruitment, and guild discipline.
• Raid Leader •
Responsible for organising raids and raid schedules, organising and maintaining EPGP.
Appointed by Officers.
• Veteran •
Dedicated raider rank. Privileged access to guild bank items is given as a reward for regular commitment to the guild raids.
Requirements: Regular raid attender. Must be signed (but not necessarily picked) for a minimum of 1 *full* raid per week, or 4 *full* raids per month. Minimum level 85.
• Raider •
Regular raiding rank.
Requirements: Regular raid attender. Must be signed (but not necessarily picked) for a minimum of 1 *full* raid per week, or 4 *full* raids per month. Minimum level 85.
• Probation •
New recruits to the the guild are given this rank. They must retain this rank for a *minimum* of 1 month or 5 raids, whichever is *longer*. After which time, recruits may be given an extended probationary period at the discretion of officers.
After a probation has ended, a guild member will only return to this rank as a result of disciplinary action. When Probation ends, any member deemed not to meet minimum requirements for Raider rank would be removed from the guild, or in exceptional circumstances be given Member rank.
• Member •
Designated non-raiding character. Allowed in the guild for social reasons. This is a historical rank. Players will be recruited to Member rank in special circumstances. This rank has the lowest priority when raiding and using EPGP. Also used as a levelling rank. New members would only be accepted into this rank in exceptional circumstances. On hitting level 85, trainees would be expected to aim for Raider rank.
• Alt •
An alternative character of a member of Malice. Each alt must be linked to a single designated main character within the guild. No alts are allowed of main characters in other guilds.
There is also an Officer Alt rank for alternative characters of the guild leadership.
