In order to take part in raids, all raid members need access to Mumble (no mic required).

Every raider must have the following addons installed:

Raid Management
Malice required: oRA2
Malice required: EPGPLootMaster

Threat Management
Malice recommended: Omen
Compatible alternative: KLH Threat Meter

Boss Alerts
Malice recommended: Bigwigs
Compatible alternative: Deadly Boss Mods

Raiders might also like to install EPGP.
