The final barrier before Malice descend to Frostwyrm Lair was in front of us. Abominations, oozing slime rivers and the devilish beings responsible for their creation populate the Construct Quarter and Malice decided that, with Detk's promise of a service wash for all our gear, it was time to venture inside.

We'd heard the legend of Patchwerk and with no small amount of trepidation approached his squelching, quaking bulk.

Yet, we shouldn't have worried - that squelching, quaking bulk hit the floor first time!

And so it was time to play the Naxxramas version of Frogger and dodge those slimes on our way to visit the slimy Grobbulus. We'd already had our vaccinations, so when Grobby decided he wanted to dose us up a bit, we decided the only thing for it was to kill him.

After a bit of R&R over the weekend, Malice returned refreshed to face Gluth, and put down the oversized pup. Chow on that!

Now only Thaddius stands between us and Kel'Thuzad's hideout!

A reset, and a night off, and Naxxramas was waiting once more. Malice, hungry for glory and progress, ventured into the Military Quarter again. With only the Four Horsemen left unfaced, progress to them was swift.

Thane Kor'thazz, Baron Rivendare, Lady Blaumeux, and Sir Zeliek awaited our intrepid adventurers.

Timing, as is so often the case, is everything here... and after working out a tactic, Malice went to work on the jumped up Pony Club elite. And took their place, conquerers of the minions of the Lich King.

Another Quarter, hung and drawn.

And just because Hondadylan's rockin' raiders were pleased with their 65 minute clear of Arachnid Quarter 48 hours previously... tonight we ended our celebrations by doing it in 42 minutes! Gauntlet thrown.

We had a successful and rewarding night.

Started off with a visit to Obsidean Sanctum resulting in the usual fun and epics!

We then went to Naxxramas. After getting stuck on Gothiik the Harvester at the end of the last raid, this visit from Malice sent him to an early grave.

Not satisfied with all that we then cleared the Arachnid Quarter, one shotting all the way, in 1 hour 5 mins. Another great night, and yet more progress.

Noth the Plaguebringer proves nothing more than an inconvenience.

Heigan the Unclean is allergic to the soap of Malice.

And so to Loatheb. After careful consideration, we decided to send in a messenger, to ask old tree face to just hand over the loot. That way we can move on to the next quarter, and he would see the spring in relative comfort.

But alas. That messenger never returned.

And so to Loatheb we ventured. Loatheb felled.

After dispatching Shadron, Tenebron, and Vesperon, the Onyx Guardian was little match for Malice. Sartharion no more.

As our raiding begins and the year ends, I had call to visit Smokywood Pastures - "Fresh from our farm to your plate, it's Smokywood Pastures wholesome goodness" - and they shared with me their plans for the Feast of Winter Veil.

I also was lucky enough to meet with Greatfather Winter, and we would both like to pass on our best wishes for your Winter Veil celebrations. May you and your families have a very Happy Christmas, and may 2009 bring Malice fortune and notoriety!

After 15-17 wipes... we where all used to it.
then tera was kind enough to leave instead of zaqon. (cause hes melee) and then dinac joined us! providing us with extra heals and a disease wiper.
then while some where singing:

and so on...

only ascanio had fallen to heigen. but in the end we avenged him! and won! we shall return the favour to him!

Tonight Malice made their first trip into Naxxramas. The Arachnid Quarter to be precise.

The Nerubian Crypt Lord Anub'Rekhan was first to fall to our might. Quickly followed without a significant fight by Grand Widow Faerlina - it seems that she was not so grand after all...

Then to Maexxna we travelled. After two thirds of the fight being a clinical execution of a boss and summoned minions, the mighty spider enrages and it becomes a race of power and strength - a duel of damage between a a supreme arachnid and the intrepid explorers of Malice.

Malice won the race.

Congratulations to all of tonight's raiders, those that looted, those that didn't, and those that have worked so hard on the way to this point in the guild but were not represented on this excursion.

For good measure, Malice laid Noth the Plaguebringer to the ground, and engaged in a little practice for the Safety Dance! Get your record decks out, old vinyl collections dusted off, and get Men At Work spinning - the next run is gonna be fun! :P

Malice have a new challenge ahead of them. The lands of Northrend, long since sundered from Kalimdor, have great treasures to be plundered and many challenges to hinder our adventurers.

The Scarlet Crusade and the forces of Illidan have both attempted to rest Northrend from the Lich King, and they have both failed. Now Malice have set their eyes on that frozen waste to the North.
